Job Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst (FA) works closely with his/her supervisor, the Finance Manager, in the area of:
- Preparation of documents for the so-called forecasts (expected reality);
- preparation of budgets (financial plans);
- prepares documents with his supervisor for various ad hoc analyses and simulations required by the Czech company management (Head of Engineering Center) or Canadian financial management
- Uploads invoices and other tax documents to the external accounting volatility portal that need to be posted by the external company (portal / Tulip);
- performs complex cost analyses under the direction of the supervisor;
- Collaborates (after training specific parameterization in SAP HANA) on posting of bank statements, business trips, minor expenses of employees;
- Is trained on the MDP supplier/customer database to ensure substitutability;
- Invoice administration (printing, numbering, administration - apart from backing up invoices in SAP, we still print)
- arranging for the transport of materials and documents by courier.
FM works with other departments to produce forecasts and budgets. Works together to explain variances in actual financial results against budget and forecast.
The FM works closely with and supports his/her supervisor on various tasks that lead to business decisions and supports his/her supervisor on ad-hoc financial topics.
