The Network Finance team partners closely with our Network and Scheduling teams, providing insight and support on network performance, aircraft allocation, route profitability, and investment decisions. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in shaping where and when we fly, ensuring our network remains industry leading. The Role As Finance Analyst – Network, you’ll help maximise route profitability by understanding the core drivers of performance and supporting key decisions on aircraft allocation and new base investments. You’ll monitor and challenge route financial performance, drive collaboration between finance and network teams, and provide business partnering that ensures our decision-makers have the right insight at the right time. Key responsibilities include: > Full business partnering with Finance, Network, and Scheduling teams > Supporting budget and outlook setting, ensuring alignment with growth plans > Contributing to commercial finance initiatives and tracking delivery > Monthly reporting, analysis, and business case evaluation > Delivering robust five-year business plans, budgets, and forecasts > Supporting ad-hoc projects, including strategic and competitor assessments > Generating month-end reporting and tracking cost-saving initiatives > Providing financial evaluation of projects and cost-saving opportunities > Maintaining effective relationships and mentoring junior team members What we’re looking for > Qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and attention to detail > Ability to extract key themes from large data sets and deliver insights > Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels > Commercially minded, able to demonstrate the value of finance interventions > Proactive team player and self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic > Excellent Excel skills (macros) and TM1/Planning Analytics experience preferred > Able to explain finance to non-financial stakeholders and work on own initiative What you’ll get in return > Up to 20%25 maximum bonus > PMI > 7%25 pension contributions > Excellent staff travel benefits > 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays > Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday > Various flexible benefits and extras Practicalities This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
