We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and make a real impact. You will be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with customers and suppliers, as well as with colleagues across different departments, including sales, customer success, and sales operations. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of finance functions, from managing Accounts Receivable and Credit Control to supporting Accounts Payable and participating in projects that shape the future of our finance processes.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across our global customer base, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up to ensure effective credit control
- Provide regular reporting on aged debt and cash collections performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes
- Assist with sales tax compliance across all regions
- Support our commercial teams in renewing customer contracts
- Accounts Payable & Purchasing Support
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Take charge of our employee expenses platform (Spendesk)
- Lead procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies
- Financial Operations & Projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, robust and efficient financial processes and controls
- Participate in finance-related projects such as system upgrades, process automation, and compliance improvements
- Provide analytical support and insights to drive decision-making within the finance team and broader business
