• Manage weekly shareholder allotments and subscription processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate shareholder exits, redemptions, and withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate investor records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to investor and adviser queries, providing a high level of service and professionalism.

Financial Operations

• Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple entities, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Support banking administration, including monitoring cash positions, setting up payments, and maintaining banking relationships.
• Assist with cash flow management and reconciliation activities across the group.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare quarterly investor statements and bi-annual investor reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collate and analyse data for investor reporting requirements.
• Support the production of management information and operational reporting as required.
• Assist with data requests from Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), auditors, and other external stakeholders.
