Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Review and/or prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation to ensure accurate audit trails.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and prepare quarterly cash flow projections.
  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial planning.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate statutory audits and tax compliance.
  • Prepare quarterly GST filings and compute annual corporate tax provisions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of financial systems and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Possess professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
  • Has at least 3 years of work experience in both accounting and finance roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modelling
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Possess hands-on experience in SAP system
