Education/Qualification Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA is an advantage Above average computer skills Above average communication skills Duties & Responsibilities Inventory Control Is in charge of monthly inventory count, summary of actual inventory result and creation of Physical Inventory Document Prepares actual inventory count with SAP balances and inventory variance report Validates variance explanation from Logistics and releases result of validated explanation Monitors and reports inventory variances and related changes Implements inventory monitoring controls Provides inventory movement analysis to operations/departments Summarizes monthly inventory classification Performs analysis of GRIR and blocked stocks Management Reports Prepares monthly consolidated inventory classification report Monitors, reviews, and provides analysis for assigned operating expenses accounts. Provides in transits monitoring report for plants and storage locations Prepares Entries, Monitors, reviews, and provides analysis for Inventory Obsolescence
