Ensure correct accounting treatment in line with FRS 102 and proactively review current practices. Own reconciliation and management of key balance sheet codes, maintaining clear documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and internal controls. Support audit requirements by preparing schedules, analysis, and documentation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR. Essential: Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent) and working towards full qualification. Strong understanding of financial principles, management accounting, and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP), with knowledge of BI tools (Looker, GCP). Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Commercial acumen and ability to work accurately at pace in a changing environment. A passion to learn and an inquisitive nature. Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced environments. Experience using NetSuite as an end user.
