About the role:  

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis, cost modelling, performance reporting and business insights that support RACGP's long-term sustainability.

You'll partner with business leaders across the College, maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards, and provide analysis and advice that enables informed strategic and operational decision-making.

As our Finance Business Partner & Analyst, you'll also:  

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, performance reporting, and program profitability insights across business units including automated dashboards, scenario modelling, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the College.
• Partner with the Manager – FP&A (Costing) to build and maintain the College's Activity-Based Costing framework from the ground up, developing the activity taxonomy, validating cost drivers, and constructing the cost allocation model that underpins program pricing and resource allocation.
