Job Description Glovo is looking for a finance analyst eager to help us improve our financial processes in Portugal. They will be part of the Finance Team based in Lisbon. THE JOURNEY Be part of the Finance Team in PT (based in Lisbon). Work with a cross-functional team (operations, marketing, finance operations, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution. Reconcile management reports with financial reports. Implement new procedures focused on standardization and optimization with AI tools. Conduct ad hoc analyses using financial data to support decision-making. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with business plans and forecasts. Provide meaningful business insights (YoY, MoM, and vs budget) to all Finance stakeholders. Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities. Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support. Qualifications Educational background in Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or similar. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A/Auditing in a multinational environmnent. Advanced Portuguese and English. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Proactive and autonomous. SAP knowledge is a plus.
