Job Description: Join Our Team as a Finance Analyst Are you passionate about ensuring operational quality and financial accuracy in a fast-paced eCommerce environment? Do you grow with partnership and problem-solving across teams? If so, we’d love to meet you! You’ll be the key link between Finance and eCommerce. Your mission: to safeguard the financial integrity of our inventory and optimize the flow of goods through our operations. What You’ll Do: Become a guide in our operational procedures and understand how they impact inventory and financial records. Prepare and review weekly/monthly reports, proactively identifying discrepancies and investigating root causes. Lead corrective actions to ensure accurate accounting and settlements with distribution centers and stores. Build positive relationships with cross-functional teams including Finance, eCommerce, Distribution Services, Loss Prevention, Merchandising, and Vendor Settlements. Supervise and investigate unusual inventory variances and support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal audits and SOX controls; review KPIs and suggest improvements to our control environment. Support development by advising on SOPs and work instructions that uphold financial accuracy. What We’re Looking For: Strong command of English and Polish (spoken and written). Basic understanding of auditing principles and a collaborative demeanor. Experience in process improvement or operational enhancement is a plus. Familiarity with distribution center operations is a bonus. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel across Europe. Proven Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
