Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

This role is an integral part of our growing FP&A function and provides key support to the continued growth of the group. You will work in close partnership with the finance business partner to provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis which will support commercial decisions for the business. You will drive continuous process improvement to develop efficiencies and smarter processes wherever possible. The role is predominantly revenue focused and provides great exposure to members of the Kalibrate executive leadership team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Report to the Head of FP&A.
  • Calculate and post revenue in line with revenue recognition procedures and policy
  • Produce revenue analysis to provide the wider business with insightful commentary and to identify opportunities for further growth
  • Work in collaboration with Sales Operations team and the wider commercial team.
  • Support the delivery of timely and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, including but not limited to month-end Management Accounts and KPIs, bi-annual re-forecasting and annual budgeting.
  • Provide support and assistance with year-end audits as required.
  • Support the Head of FP&A in the delivery of regular & ad-hoc outputs.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement of critical processes for controls, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proactively analyse company data to highlight trends, opportunities and risks
  • Whilst this role is predominantly revenue-focused, there will also be an opportunity to work across other areas of the P&L, including cost variance analysis to monitor and control spend versus budget.
