JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a Finance Analyst at Unilever, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing valuable insights to drive business performance.
We currently have several similar positions available and will be holding assessment centres to fill these roles.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP or similar accounting systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and corporate schedules.
  • Partner with Category leads to monitor and control capital expenditures, expenses and savings.
  • Prepare and analyze business cases for investment projects.
  • Drive effective operational control and governance.
  • Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance.
