Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage financial operations and reporting for our group of companies based in the UAE and the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-entity consolidation, investment portfolio analysis, and UK compliance (HMRC, VAT, etc.), along with strong leadership and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports across UAE and UK entities.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and UAE VAT regulations, supporting audits and tax submissions.
• Oversee and guide a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple companies.
• Analyze and monitor investment portfolios and provide performance insights.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Work with multiple ERP systems — QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Odoo.
• Perform advanced Excel-based financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support management’s strategic decisions.
