Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with an International business, based in Basingstoke, in their search for a Finance Process Analyst on a 6-month FTC.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in delivering finance process improvement initiatives
• This is a hands-on role so experience in working with multiple finance systems, with strong Microsoft excel is essential
• Proactive questioning and constructive challenge

• Supporting and executing various transformation initiatives
• Drive the implementation of business process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness
• Collaborate with a number of different finance stakeholders to ensure the best outcome is reached for the business that does not risk operational delivery
• Collaborate with the development, IT, BAU teams to test new systems, processes, or solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
