Role Overview In a Nutshell… We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our team within Vistry London Division, at our Brentwood office. As our Finance Analyst, you will support the Divisional Finance Team and Regional Finance Director in the provision of internal/external reporting (with some focus on joint venture activities also), financial control, and financial/commercial analysis. **Please note-this is a 6 month fixed term contract** We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. Coach and mentor junior members of the team. Completion of monthly management information relating to our core and joint venture activities. Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding debtors. Support the Divisional FC in maintaining a strong financial control environment across the Division (including maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations) and in providing technical accounting support and challenge to the Regions. Execution of HY and FY external reporting requirements of the London Division and its Joint Ventures, building good working relationships with Group Finance and the External Auditors. Support the wider operations of the Regional business unit, liaising with Commercial / Development / Sales and Marketing teams to provide financial insight and support alongside the Regional Finance Director. Support in the delivery of new initiatives to improve current systems and processes. Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support joint venture activities.
