What you'll be doing

  • Support Corporate Finance and M&A projects through financial analysis, valuation, modelling and commercial research.
  • Build robust Excel workbooks, analytical reports and client presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Work alongside experienced Corporate Finance professionals on live transactions, gaining exposure to every stage of the deal lifecycle.
  • Develop your technical and commercial expertise within a growing team, with a clear pathway to Senior Analyst, Assistant Manager and beyond.


What you'll bring

  • Experience ideally within Deal Advisory, although candidates with Transaction Services will also be considered (ACA qualification is not essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build robust workbooks, analyse financial data and produce high-quality presentations
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance
