As innovators in the hair and nail industry, Wella Company empowers its people to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders.  For additional information about the Wella Company please visit www.wellacompany.com.     THE ROLE  The Finance Analyst role leads the day-to-day work around the NA Wella Company loyalty program, Wella Rewards.  Some tasks could include, Overall Budget Management, Balance-Sheet and Accrual Management, Prizeshark Pre-Pay, Redemptions- NRO, ghd, Studio Mall, Partner & Studio Education, PO Set Up and Processing, Monthly Sales Reporting- All Distributors and All Brands, GRAM Management, Prepaids, Partnering with the loyalty Program Vendors- Prizeshark & Elaborative Technologies and Various Reporting across all brands and distribution channels for NA.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Budget Management- Actual vs. Target, Monthly Reviews, Reports Accurately & Transparently  Balance-Sheet and Accrual Management- Partner with Finance and NA Digital Operations Leader for Approvals, Management the Company Variance  Prizeshark Rewards Catalogue Float- Mange the Daily Redemptions, Provide Transparency to Leadership, Partner with the Vendor  Redemptions- Linking NRO, ghd, Studio Mall, Partner & Studio Education to Redemption and the Balance-Sheet  POs- Set Up, Processing, Approval Management and Communication and Close Out  Monthly Sales Reporting- Partner with Distributors to collect Sales Data on all Brands, Merge Parent and Children Accounts, Calculate the Point Values and Tiers based on Sales and Roll up the Sales Report to the Wella Rewards System  Budget Reconciliation- GRAM Management and Prepaids- Pay Up Front and Manage Invoices  Quarterly Bonus Calculations  Team Collaboration and Participation  Additional tasks/duties/projects as assigned by Manager      QUALIFICATIONS  Essential:  Self-starter and ability to work independently with clear focus on deliverables  Strong analytical and quantitative skills   Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management  Advanced Excel and reporting expertise Proven collaboration with commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, HR) It would also be a plus to have this role experienced in some sort of Loyalty Program or have Loyalty Program experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills   Results oriented.  Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills   Advanced Proficiency in the following systems: SAP, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint   Strong and thorough knowledge of accounting processes and vendor requirements  Ability to work with all levels of the organization  Desirable:  Sorts through data, identifies issues, risks, and trends and determines optimal solution. Weighs information carefully and brings dilemmas to closure.  Goes beyond accepted ideas; finds new improvement opportunities; generates ways to get better results.
