WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or related field, and preferably 2-3 years’ experience as an analyst, controller, consultant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, while familiarity with PowerBI and IFRS is a plus. You enjoy seeing the big picture while also diving into key business drivers and communicating insights effectively. We value strong analytical skills, clear communication, a proactive mindset, creativity and collaboration.
Language: you must be fluent in English both written and verbal

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing Jotun Group’s financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to our management and board.

Reporting to Director Financial Reporting and Analysis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing Jotun Group’s financial performance across various dimensions including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, risk, capital structure, and liquidity.
  • Develop and deliver reports, memos, and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Enhancing financial models, metrics and reporting tools.
  • Evaluating the feasibility of major investments and providing return recommendations.
  • Supporting the development and planning of our financial management system.
  • Assist in Group-level strategic planning.
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects.
