JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous and client-oriented Accounts / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting for our portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will support our clients financial health by ensuring accurate records, timely filings, and professional communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate services firm or outsourced accounting environment.
  • Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or other cloud accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore tax and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of SME and corporate clients (Singapore and international).
  • Handle data entry, bank reconciliation, AR/AP, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Assist in GST submissions, tax computations, and liaising with IRAS on client matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory reports, including XBRL submissions when required.
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify records, gather documents, and provide financial updates.
  • Coordinate with internal corporate secretarial and advisory teams to ensure holistic client servicing.
  • Support auditors during annual audits and resolve any accounting-related queries.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting projects.
