REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong command of accounting principles and local/international tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. D365, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1+)

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership


    • Manage and develop the finance and accounting teams.

    • Assign tasks, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Financial Management


      • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

      • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
      • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
      • Accounting Operations


        • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

        • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
        • Prepare financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
        • Compliance & Audit


          • Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and financial regulations.

          • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and implement audit recommendations.Maintain internal controls and implement improvements as needed.
