QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience leading finance and accounting transformation initiatives in mid-sized or enterprise organizations.
  • Expertise in implementing ERP systems and modern finance technologies.
  • Proven track record of optimizing finance operations and delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to engage executives, finance teams, and IT partners.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management in finance.
  • Familiarity with agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

    Pay: $189,931.00 - $274,675.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead comprehensive finance and accounting transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement best-in-class processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Technology Enablement: Drive the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge finance technologies such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI/ML).
  • Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide advanced insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making and improve financial performance.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to regulatory standards and reduce exposure to financial and operational risks.
  • Team Empowerment: Mentor and upskill finance teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
