Description

We are looking for an intern to take on a variety of finance and admin task as they learn on the job.

Finance

  • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
  • Identify and address account discrepancies

Corporate Service

  • Maintain proper housekeeping in the office
  • Ensure efficient distribution of mail and correspondences
  • Assist executive to develop and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Maintain supplier list and order office supplies when needed
  • Point of contact when issuance of office supplies
  • Keep detailed record of inventory stock
  • Procuring of resources
  • Preparing inventory stock and procurement reports
  • Research new deals and suppliers which is value for money

Admin Support

  • Assist management to plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Perform training and claiming admin duties
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars and maintain training records

Support in payroll processes and other functions as assigned.
