Description:
We are looking for an intern to take on a variety of finance and admin task as they learn on the job.
Finance
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
- Identify and address account discrepancies
Inventory & Procurement
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the office
- Ensure efficient distribution of mail and correspondences
- Assist executive to develop and maintain an efficient filing system
- Maintain supplier list and order office supplies when needed
- Point of contact when issuance of office supplies
- Keep detailed record of inventory stock
- Procuring of resources
- Preparing inventory stock and procurement reports
- Research new deals and suppliers which is value for money
Admin Support
- Assist management to plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Perform training and claiming admin duties
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars and maintain training records
Support in payroll processes and other functions as assigned.
