Job Title: Finance & Admin Lead – South (Hybrid)
Location: South England
Salary: £41,000
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
Bonus- 10% Functional bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Lead to deliver and govern a robust administration function supporting Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across multiple service lines and sites in the South. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, enhancing data analysis capability, and enabling operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end process and ensure P&L accuracy within SAP
  • Deliver proactive financial analysis and benchmarking across sites
  • Lead data reporting and trend analysis to support contract development
  • Support project management teams with accurate and timely financial inputs
  • Provide training to improve site-level financial and commercial knowledge
  • Govern client billing, purchase orders, and project cost allocation
  • Participate in client and internal governance reviews

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in finance or supply management (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and Power BI (desirable)
  • Working towards or qualified (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, methodical, and process driven
  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
