Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and administrative processes of the company. This includes managing credit control, bank reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records. The role also involves quality assuring session reports and ensuring they are correctly processed and sent to referring schools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and expenditure tracking.
  • Manage credit control, ensuring timely collection of payments, liaising with schools and Local authorities finance teams.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Quality assure session reports for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Distribute session reports to referring schools in a timely manner.
  • Support general administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
