JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to join our Italian team in Milan and oversee all financial aspects of our permanent establishment. Acting as the key liaison between Greek operations and Corporate headquarters in France, you will ensure seamless integration with our global functions and drive process optimization. Your key responsibilities will be :
- Financial Management: Oversee accounting, taxation, budget preparation, and monthly variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Treasury: Manage local banking relationships with support from the central treasury team.
- Corporate Liaison: Coordinate with HR, IT, Communication, General Services, Quality, and Legal departments to maintain smooth operations and compliance with Group policies.
- Human Resources: In collaboration with the HR Director, ensure the consistent application of labor laws, oversee payroll and leave and guarantee compliance with social declarations and adherence to Group policies.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement tools to meet regulatory standards and enhance efficiency.
