Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and administration officer to join our team. This full-time role requires strong financial expertise, particularly in QuickBooks, alongside organisational skills to support administrative functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing and Payments:
  • Raise and issue invoices to clients using QuickBooks software.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and chase late payments professionally.
  • Record payments and ensure all financial data in QuickBooks is accurate and up to date.
  • Stock and Delivery Management:
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with day-to-day business administration tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Provide general support to other departments when needed.
