Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

About Fresh seeks a full-time Finance and Administrative Coordinator to play a critical role across several functional areas, with the goal of improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day financial operations such as accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, processing transactions, running payroll, and assisting with audit support tasks. You will regularly prepare and report on key operational items—such as payables and receivables—to the executive team and controller to ensure transparency and support strategic financial decision-making.
  • Monitor customer cash balances, which includes tracking customer balances, planning and scheduling customer invoices with the Chief Program Officer and Director of Partner Experience, following up account receivables, and planning monthly cash transfers to enable uninterrupted delivery of the Fresh Connect program.
  • Serve as About Fresh’s human resources administrator, which includes acting as the organization’s primary administrative contact with its Professional Employer Organization, ensuring staff have access to necessary information and systems.
  • Manage external scheduling for About Fresh’s three-person Executive Leadership team as needed, by effectively communicating with external stakeholders to arrange meetings.
  • Embrace other administrative tasks that keep the organization aligned and effective.
