Your task:

• You will support the controlling department in creating budget plans, forecasts, and standardized evaluations.
• You will independently handle operational tasks in the day-to-day commercial business.
• You create quotes and orders and support contract management.
• You will provide support in processing invoices and travel expenses and will cover for colleagues during their holidays in this area.
• You will work closely with our internal specialist departments as well as our outsourced financial accounting department.

Your profile: 

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or economics (Bachelor's) or possess commercial training with additional qualifications.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in finance and controlling, as well as a very good understanding of numbers.
• You are characterized by an analytical, independent and structured work style.
• You are a good and reliable team player.
• You have a high affinity for IT and are familiar and proficient in using MS Office and financial software applications.
