Building and leading the cross-site Accounting team, reporting directly to the CFO

- Supporting the individual reporting units/companies as well as the consolidated Projects & Services business unit

- Coordinating, validating, and preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the individual Projects & Services companies according to German statutory accounting standards (GKV/UKV) and IFRS/German Commercial Code (HGB)

- Ensuring the proper and efficient operation of day-to-day business in financial accounting

- Managing financial and fixed asset accounting, payment transactions, and operational tax matters (especially VAT)

- Ensuring compliance with regulations, internal control systems, and group guidelines

- Coordinating, validating, and preparing internal and external reports

- Continuously developing, digitizing, and standardizing processes, structures, and tools within your area of ​​responsibility

- Managing interfaces across departments within the Projects & Services business unit and with other internal and external stakeholders

- Serving as the contact person for auditors and external consultants/auditors (m/f/d)

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, additional qualifications advantageous
