Tasks

• Handling and managing financing issues for our commercial real estate portfolio in close coordination with management.
• Cooperation with banks, capital market partners and other debt providers
• Maintaining and expanding our network in the financial sector
• Analysis of project key figures, business plans and financing structures
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements
• Responsibility for internal and external reporting in the area of ​​financing
• Taking on selected controlling tasks and participating in financial planning

Requirements

• Your passion for real estate and finance
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on finance – e.g., bank clerk, banking management, finance, or similar.
• Experience in dealing with commercial loan agreements is a plus.
• Structured, analytical and proactive work style – you like to think ahead
• Negotiation skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with business partners
• Good MS Office skills – especially in Excel
