QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in financial administration or document control within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with financial management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both finance and project teams.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for managing both financial documentation and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will play a pivotal part in facilitating smooth operations and compliance with financial practices while supporting project teams with document control. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial to the success of this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and manage financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for management review.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
  • Manage the document control process for project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of documents to ensure timely processing and distribution.
  • Provide support to project teams in accessing and navigating document management systems.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and finance teams as required.
