JOB SUMMARY

The Finance & Insurance Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership by overseeing the finance department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing financial services, processing loans, and facilitating insurance transactions for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of financial products to effectively upsell services while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in financial services, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Previous loan officer experience is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in basic math and 10 key typing for accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with contracts, credit analysis, loan processing, and title processing.
• Experience using financial software to manage transactions efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance department, including loan processing and title processing.

• Assist customers in understanding their financing options and insurance products.

• Negotiate terms of contracts with customers to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
