We’re looking for a Finance and Operations star to support the team across finance administration, HR processes, compliance, and operational logistics. You’ll be a key part of the smooth running of the team that enables us to carry out our work making change with young people!
THE ROLE IS HYBRID BUT WILL REQUIRE SOME ONSITE WORK AT OUR LONDON OFFICES. THEREFORE BEING UK-BASED IS ESSENTIAL AND EASY ACCESSIBILITY TO LONDON IS PREFERABLE.
This role is a key part of the team at Peer Power Youth. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of Peer Power Youth’s operations and for ensuring a values-based approach to finance and operations processes. You will be supporting the team with operational and individual needs, ensuring a system-wide approach that allows everyone from young partners, youth engagement team, senior leadership and trustees are able to do their best work and achieve the charity’s objectives. This role supports the organisation across finance administration, HR processes, compliance, and operational logistics. You’ll work closely with the Interim Director of Operations and the People Transitions Lead to help create a values-based working culture, while ensuring accuracy, transparency and consistency in our internal operations.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 – 28 per week
