Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Regional Director-Management and direct supervision of the Regional Financial Comptroller, and in close coordination with the Senior Programme Manager – Immigration and Border Governance (IBG), the Department of Financial and Administrative Management (DFAM) at Headquarters (HQ), the  Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Manila, the Finance Officer will be responsible and accountable for supporting and coordinating the budgetary and financial functions of the  UK Home Office funded Regional Counter-Smuggling Programme (RCSP) in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and the Regional Office in Nairobi, Kenya.
