In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and CEO on critical tasks like fundraising, debt management, financial modelling, and investment materials, all while helping shape the company’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Finance and Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of the company and providing strategic insight to drive business decisions. You will assist with the preparation of financial models, investor presentations, and strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure the business is aligned with its long-term goals. Your ability to manage multiple projects, analyze financial data, and contribute to fundraising efforts will be essential as we expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the CFO and CEO in fundraising efforts, including preparing investment decks and developing financial models to present to potential investors.
  • Support debt management strategies, including monitoring cash flows, assessing financing options, and helping manage relationships with creditors.
  • Work closely with the CEO and CFO on strategic projects, helping to align financial resources with company objectives.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business to integrate financial insights into operational decisions.
  • Develop and present reports to senior management and investors, offering insights on financial performance and future projections.
  • Support business planning activities, including the creation of long-term financial strategies and identifying potential opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
