We seek to hire goal-oriented people who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence in all they do. This candidate works onsite in our office in Dubai. This position requires a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented person able to work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Prepare and submit monthly tax reports (VAT)
  • Monitor daily and monthly accounts payable aging and payment schedule.
  • Provide all necessary documents to assist tax audits and local audits.
  • Validates, input, and reconcile invoices in the company’s bookkeeping system.
  • Maintain and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence with tax offices.
  • Update export/import duties and shipment costs in the company’s financial records.
  • Improve payment schedules for vendors, utilities, insurance, payroll, taxes, and petty cash.
  • Generate advance payment reports to vendors on a weekly basis using QuickBooks.
  • Update and monitor intercompany transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in finance or tax is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Experience with Vat returns, reconciliation, audits, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eager to learn and develop expertise in finance and tax administration.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Dubai office.
