FINANCE APPRENTICE

Due to continued expansion, we have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Apprentice to join our team. You will work within a busy accounts team to support the Purchase Ledger function.
This role is also advertised directly as a Purchase Ledger Assistant as it will be open to both full-time and apprenticeship routes.
The Apprenticeship will allow for development and progression throughout different Finance functions within Nugent.

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices.
• Matching purchase orders and delivery dockets to invoices.
• Resolving any invoice queries with relevant departments.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any queries, discrepancies, missing invoices etc. with suppliers.
• Maintaining company filing system to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Supporting Accounts department with month end process.
• Carrying out general administration duties to support the Finance function
