Description
Overview The Finance Assistant will support program provincial team in the implementation of Jhpiego finance activities for Momentum and RISE project in Indonesia, funded by Department of State (DoS). She/he will manage the implementation of finance in West Java/East Java/NTT and ensure that the financial systems are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities Implement Jhpiego financial policies and procedures and adhere to donor rules and regulations Assist program team in advance reconciliation and review the completeness of documents before submitting to Jakarta office Review vendor invoices and responsible in completing the supporting documents for payment process, including the payment checklist Assist the program team in processing the staff reimbursement: local transport, travel expense report and monthly phone reimbursement Responsible in processing the payment for office operational, such as office electricity, water, etc. In coordination with Program Coordinator and Program Assistant, assist program team in implementing the activities, such as distribute the payment for participants, etc. Coordinate with F&A Director and other finance and admin team in Jakarta office for the implementation of operational in the provincial office Conduct vendor visit in province/district Others as requested by supervisor Required Qualifications Diploma degree in finance, accounting or other related fields Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling project finance and administration Familiarity in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Proficiency in computer skills, including demonstrated competency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication and mutual support. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions. Skilled in performing under pressure, with a strong track record of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
