Responsibilities

THE ROLE…

The Finance Assistant position is a newly created role to help the Finance team execute an exciting new ERP project. This role will sit in our UK Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. This role is a 12 Month, FTC.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Data cleansing of current data for migration to new ERP system
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Attending workshops to support the effectiveness of the migration
  • Support Accounts Receivable / Cashbook Manager with checking and testing of mapping of ALL POS systems
    ( 1 ) Support Accounts Receivable / Cashbook Manager with checking and testing of mapping of ALL tender types (ARCS)
    ( 2 ) Support Accounts Receivable / Cashbook Manager with checking and testing of mapping of revenue and cash reconciliations (ARCS)

( 3 ) UAT testing in the new ERP system

  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with updating Sox Risk Controls matrix for OTC controls
  • Support the Project Management and Finance team throughout the Finance Transformation Project with ad hoc duties
