Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation, including filing and archiving of financial data.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and clients regarding payments and invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is shared across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
