ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re currently seeking a Finance and administration Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This role would suit someone looking to fit rewarding work around school hours. We are a friendly and fast-growing conglomerate based in Westbury On Severn, Gloucestershire. As we scale, we seek a financial and administration assistant on a flexible part-time basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process invoices, purchase orders and receipts accurately
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Help prepare financial reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure filing is up to date
  • Provide general PA administrative and project management support to the business, working closely with the CEO and owners.
