We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our international finance team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow in finance, strengthen their analytical skills, and contribute directly to global operations. Tasks What You’ll Do Accounts Payable: Process, verify, and track vendor invoices from multiple channels. Execute payments on time while managing early payment opportunities. Maintain accurate vendor records and schedules. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing. Support the preparation of accounting documentation for audits. Generate and maintain financial reports for internal stakeholders. Financial Analysis & Documentation: Verify and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy. Keep financial documentation organized and up-to-date. Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software. Fluent in English (B2+), French, and Arabic. Based in Tunisia with a reliable remote setup. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred: Experience in an international business or remote work environment. Knowledge of multi-currency transactions and digital payment platforms. Strong analytical skills and accuracy-focused mindset.
