We’re looking for a proactive Finance Assistant to join our global finance team and help keep our operations smooth and accurate. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Tunisia. Job Overview As a Finance Assistant at Azurreo, you will support our global finance operations from Tunisia. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth vendor management, accurate financial reporting, and clean processes across international projects. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow in a global, remote-first company. Tasks What You’ll Do Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Process vendor invoices, maintain records, respond to inquiries. Financial Control & Compliance: Perform bank reconciliations, assist with month-end/year-end closing, ensure documentation is accurate. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, support dashboards, identify discrepancies. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement workflow optimizations with the finance team. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years’ finance/accounting experience. Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar). English: Full professional proficiency (C1), French: Professional proficiency (B2+). Reliable remote setup in Tunisia. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Nice to Have Experience in international/remote companies. Multi-currency transaction experience. Interest in process improvement and analysis.
