What You’ll Do Manage invoices by creating, sending, and tracking them to ensure timely payments. Accurately record and process incoming payments from clients or customers. Reconcile accounts to ensure records align with payments received. Review monthly consumption data to ensure that customer billing is amended to their actual consumption to prevent revenue leakage. Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies. Generate financial reports to support decision-making and monitor cash flow. Identify and resolve payment issues or billing errors efficiently. Gain expertise in financial software and systems, enhancing technical and analytical skills. What You’ll Bring A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is advantageous. Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines. Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly. Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
