We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant data analysis.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all financial activities.
