JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the finance department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires proficiency in financial software, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Finance Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills
