Description REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, SALES MANAGER CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPT SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE: THE FINANCE ASSISTANT IS TO HELP THE SALES DEPARTMENT IN THE PRINTING OF PAPERWORK AT TIME OF SALE, COLLECTION OF STIPS FROM THE CUSTOMER, PACKAGING OF DEALS FOR THE OFFICE AND BANK, GETTING DEALS FUNDED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND OTHE SALES DEPARTMENT RELATED DUTIES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Complete paperwork involved with sale of vehicles · Explain and answer questions regarding manufacturer and dealership policies · Collaborate with sales team to foster departmental success · Help collect stipulations required by lender for financing · Package deal for office and lender · Complete funding process in a timely manner described in pay plan · Various other duties as assigned Requirements KNOWLEDE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: · Language Ability – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
