The Impact You'll Make As our Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance across Danfoss Global Services. By supporting invoice and payment operations, you’ll help enable smooth business operations and support data-driven financial decisions. Your work will improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, minimize risk, and enable seamless reporting. This leads to stronger business performance and compliance with both internal and external requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and AP teams—taking ownership of payment processing, VAT reconciliation, and financial documentation—helping us move toward a more efficient and compliant future.What You’ll Be Doing Support the AP Invoice team and local finance in timely processing of invoices and resolving discrepancies. Assist with payment preparation, issuance of tax invoices, and perform VAT reconciliation to ensure compliance and timely VAT filing. Contribute to monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and assist in preparing annual reports for internal/external audit. Manage corporate card applications, prepare related journal entries, and support banking account management and documentation. Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system, and handle ad-hoc finance/admin tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years’ experience in accounting or finance (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered). Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred; strong Excel skills are a plus. Strong communication skills in Korean and English, with attention to accuracy and detail. Mindset of ownership, learning, and collaboration—demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
