Finance Assistant – Rapidly Growing Business | Hybrid
Location: North Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £31,500
I’m working with one of the most exciting, fast-growing businesses in North Bristol right now — and they’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join their tight-knit team as they continue to scale.
This isn’t one of those “back office” roles where you’ll be stuck doing the same tasks every day. This is a role for someone who wants to get stuck in, grow with the business, and actually see the impact of their work.

You’ll be supporting the Finance Manager across all areas of day-to-day finance, including:

  • Invoice processing, reconciliations, and managing the inbox
  • Month-end assistance and financial reporting
  • Helping to streamline systems and processes as the team scales
  • Getting involved in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial finance
  • Liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, and wider teams

It’s varied, fast-paced, and a great stepping stone if you’re keen to build your finance career in a growing business.

About you:

  • You’ve got some finance or admin experience under your belt (AAT Level 2+ or similar is great)
  • You’re confident with systems and happy to roll your sleeves up
  • You’ve got strong attention to detail and love improving processes
  • You’re ambitious and eager to learn – the team will support you every step of the way
  • You’re a people person – there’s a real team vibe here, so collaboration is key
