Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Silverdale, ST5
Salary: £30K - £32K
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday
Environmental Essentials are a well-established asbestos company with 6 offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class, quality focused service to a number of very high-profile clients. Due to expansion, continued growth and recent major contract wins, we are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team.

· Ensure the operational financial management processes are clear, well-communicated, and adhered to by all concerned
· Diligent management of banking and card transactions, including reconciliation to Sage
· Reconcile all financial transactions relating to payroll and expenses system reconciled to payroll schedules and documentation and recorded accurately in Sage accounting system
· Purchase and Sales Ledger Monthly Reconciliations.
· Ad hoc Sales/Purchase ledger posting
· Liaise with Key Account teams on financial accounting and management aspects of customer service including removal contracts
· Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports and reconciliations, including entry of sales data from tracker to Sage
· Daily, weekly, monthly Bank Reconciliations
